Tom has been involved in the nut industry since 1983. After spending the first six years on the procurement side, he decided to move to the other side of the desk. Tom has spent the last 22 years traveling around the globe to identify suppliers for our ingredient customer base. His efforts to identify suppliers that possess the right balance of efficiency and quality have paid dividends. Today’s enhanced focus on food safety and security has helped to reinforce that his efforts to understand the company culture, commitment to quality and gain a firsthand knowledge of processing capabilities of these suppliers is a key component to long term success.
